Who else cant stand when a seller doesnt clean the house for...

FOR A WALKTHROUGH! I recently took some clients for  a showing at a property. The moment i walked in, i was greeted by a toysoldier  that i stepped on. After that, the house was muggy, some mold growing in corners of the wall. Also, they happen to be cooking as well ! the house reaked like bacon ( not sure if that was a bad thing, i like bacon)

Then we made our way to the backyard. To find that the pool was green, if there was anymore algae in that pool. It would have cultivated a frog man. We left, and no offer was made.Has anyone  had a similiar or worse experience? please comment

I just informed a seller that I was stopping all showings because the feedback has been that the home is dirty.   They want to cancel...I told them no, and will start up showings as soon as they do some cleaning.

Sounds like some of the foreclosures I have been showing lately.   Don't these people want to sell their houses?
