Anita, Good for the overall market to have the REO segment just be a small sliver.  The insides of those homes can be VERY interesting as you find out quickly if the homeowner was civil or just destroyed everything they could before the foreclosure.

Anita foreclosures can be a good by for Buyers, but for the homeowners near by foreclosure can do a number on their property values.  So it is good there are only few in this market.
