It's hard to believe we are two months in to 2015. Yet, here we are on the last day of February looking back at the Kingsbrooke single family home market for January. As usual, we'll make our comparisons to last month (December 2014) and last year (Janaury 2014.)

HOMES UNDER CONTRACT IN KINGSBROOKE

There were two Kingsbrooke single family homes under contract as January ended. There were none in December, so let's look at this month's average compared to last year. The average list price at time of contract was down nearly 3% compared to the same time last year. The average marketing time was 123% longer since last year.

With no Kingsbrooke single family homes making it ot settlement in January, there's really nothing to report. Again, I'll reiterate from my experience as a full time Bristow real estate broker, we need homes to sell.
