Pat Wray, licensed Boise Realtor, joins Progressive Realty Corporation

Real Estate Agent with Progressive Realty (Boise Idaho) DB-17066
Pat Wray has successfully passed all his classes, finger print check, paid his E&O insurance and paid to join the National, Idaho & Ada County Association of Realtors. Pat Wray is very familiar with the real estate industry due to his previous positions as a loan officer with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and as a marketing representative for Alliance Title here in the Boise area. As the owner and broker of Progressive Realty Corporation, I was honored when Pat asked me about my brokerage and decided to join even before he took his first official real estate class. During one of the classes, another student asked him which company he was planning on joining and he told them he was going to join Progressive Realty Corporation. The other student asked "where is their office" . . . Pat replied "good question"; then they asked about commission splits and again Pat replied "good question!" Well then why did you already decide to join Progressive Realty Corporation? Pat replied, "Because I have known Jim Paulson the owner and broker for a lot of years, I respect his knowledge and I trust him. He will be able to use that knowledge to help me launch my career and close more transactions for my clients." Pat got his license 2/27/2015 at about 4:45 pm and already the next day he was hosting his first open house. The very first buyer that came in struck up a conversation with Pat and without even asking, gave Pat his email address and phone number requesting more details from Pat about loan options, etc. Pat has an exceptional customer service mentality and is an extremely welcome addition to my company!
