There are talks and plans drawn up to build over Interstate 66 in the Rosslyn neighborhood of Arlington. By building over I-66 it could create 2.5 million square feet of office, residential and retail development in the neighborhood. A study has been done to examine if the cost of building is ultimately worth it, the study indicates that maybe the cost is worth it in the long run, what do you think?
