It's not uncommon to see neighborhood kids playing the streets of this quaint little oasis in the suburbs during the summer. Bay Creek Park is directly across from the subdivision. Its has everything you'll ever need, tennis, skateboard park, lacross fields, batting cages, you name it! Far enough from the main hustle and bustle of the city that residents don't feel like the urban center of Atlanta is knocking on their door.

The homes you would expect to find for sale in the Rosebrooke Neighborhood are generally going to range between 2400 and 3500 square feet. Most of the homes were originally built by Don Gale & Associates back in 2000-2004. Since then, many of the homes have had updates and it's not uncommon to find homes that have extensive finished basements adding to the square footage of some of these great homes.
