How many times after a closing are you asking for a Testimonial? This is the time when you have worked hard for your client and closely. You have become part of the family. I ask before we go to the closing table and ask them to either email it to me or give me a hard copy. These testimonials have been priceless and give me a boost when I look at them.
I work very hard for my clients and try to handle as much for them as possible so it is an easy closing. I know most agents do this but we should continue to get a testiomonial.
