January 2015 Statistics
January’s Sales Unit Volume: Residential sales rose to 75 homes sold while Condominium sales declined to 83 units sold. Land sales came in at 11 lots sold.
January’s Median SALES prices: The Residential median price rose to $577,000 while Condo median price held steady at $378,000. Land median price increased to $700,000.
Days on Market: Residential homes = 118, Condos = 113 DOM, Land = 171 DOM. (General DOM Note: this is the average DOM for the properties that SOLD. If predominantly OLD inventory sells, it will move this indicator upward, and vice versa. RAM's Days on Market are calculated from List Closing Date [not contract date], including approximately 60 days of escrow time.)
