Welcome to the ongoing weekly series called Tuesday Travelogue. We are in our thirty-fifth week! Each week, some ActiveRain bloggers are spotlighted to take us somewhere we may not have been on some kind of virtual travel (and it doesn't cost a dime!). Here is the purpose:
" to enjoy the ride"
"take a trip without even leaving the farm"
"expand your horizons"
"see through someone else's eyes"
and hopefully much more!
(Be sure and click on the links in blue.)
Marching across America...that's what we're doing. Today it's Kentucky! Tammy Emineth immediately helped me out with this great localism post about Louisville, Kentucky!
Independence Kentucky and Independence Day seem to go hand-in-hand, doncha think? Thanks, Doug Garner.
Lexington, Kentucky has a really cool store that Lizette Fitzpatrick tells us about with great enthusiasm! She first saw one of these in Orlando, FL and it's now spread to Kentucky.
What would Kentucky be without out sharing some great music?? Renfro, Kentucky (Renfro Valley Entertainment Center) showcased Charlie Daniels Band (awhile back) and Barbara Flannery shared some photos of the concert!
Please don't forget to comment on these blogposts and I hope that you enjoyed all of these virtual travels. Feel free to join our group:
