I just call to say...

A good start to the new year, just over two months into 2015 and many an expected surprise too...

After all these years of consistent and faithful follow ups with mails, emails, news letters etc... I am getting more calls than in 2014 from the contacts that I have been keeping in touch.  

Most of them has since been converted to listings and buyers. Others has also refer friends and families members to me.

An interesting discovery made (which I have patiently and secretly  waiting for all these years) - was that all of them noted my consistency in providing valuable information which they felt was a great way to stay in touch. I touch them 8-10 times a year by mail (and email). And this alone,  was the main key reason for them to contact me (As their Realtor) when the time is right. 

And I had done all these without bugging them by phone calls or pop-by etc.  

No gentle-pressure calling tactics to making that staying-in touch  phone call (using whatever reasons we may have for doing so).  

I am not against calling my clients but I guess,  just good old-fashion patience and hard work works in different ways and this was good enough for me. 

All I can say is that "patience with hard work is a virtue" and all these clients that just called, confirm it. I shall be keeping busy this spring.  

To all my prospective clients and contacts, keep those calls coming, just like Stevie Wonder crooning away with "I just call to say ......"

Another good start to the new year, just over three months into 2016 and not surprising too...I am already ahead of my sales for 2015.

After all these years of consistent and faithful follow ups with mails, emails, news letters etc... I am consistently getting more calls and referrals than in 2015 from the contacts that I have been keeping in touch. 

I have made some changes to my plans by staying in touch from 8-10 times a year by mail (and email) and also with various client's events to approx 6-8 times. This will remind them to contact me (As their Realtor) when the time is right. 

And I had done all these without bugging them by phone calls or pop-by etc.

Sometimes good old-fashion "patience and hard work" was good enough for me. 

All I can say is that "patience with hard work is a virtue" and all these clients that just called, confirm it. I shall be keeping busy this spring.  

To all my prospective clients and contacts, keep those calls coming, just like Stevie Wonder always says "I just call to say ......I need you...."
