Newport Heights is located just east of Cottonwood Park and Rangewood.  This area is bordered by Dublin and Austin Bluffs.  There are great views of Pikes Peak from many of the homes and walking trails nearby Cottonwood Creek.  There is also a shopping center conveniently located off Dublin and Austin Bluffs.  Builders in this area include Campbell, Hallmark, Richmond, Keller, Vantage, and Classic Homes.  Homes were built from the late 1990's onward and consist primarily of 2-story and ranch style floorplans.
