I need help writing letters, any suggestions?

Those of you that are really good letter writers I would like to find out if you would consider sharing some ideas about how to approach a lender in order to get possible foreclosures that I can list and sell.

I have been trying to break into this market with the bankers and mortgage lenders and do no seem to be getting anywhere.

If you also have a website for information, I would like to visit that also.

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated..

You can register with ResNet to get started.  This will cost you $700 and then you are added to the list to receive listings. They do have a free trial service.   If you decide to register, I would really appreciate the referral mention.

REO listing agents are required to have funds available to pay for task such as re-key, weatherization, repairs, etc.  Some companies do require an account balance of about $3000 to be available for such expenses.  Then you do an expense report and they reimburse you.  LPS invoicing does charge you $5 to get your money back.  Listing agent also have to pay a fee for the listing and they receive a smaller commission than the selling agent. Now that is probably more information than really wanted, but it is the way it really works.  I have been an REO agent for 10+ years and it has become a challenge to make money on the transaction.
