Who is Taking the Marketing Pictures of Your Home?

OK, one of my pet peeves is the pictures that the agents post online to sell a house.. We all know there is only a few moments in time to capture a potential buyers attention. So when I see the second picture of the inside of the home of a toilet with the lid open or a shower stall...

I  am like, WHAT I am not seeing this. What are the agents thinking of. Or what about the aggressive agent out there promoting their web presence and exposure and they secure a great listing and put on 6 pictures. UGH I just don't get it. You go through the whole listing presentation and spout your stuff of what you are going to do to sell the house and the Seller buys it and lists. The agent puts 6 pictures on. Do we not have a fiduciary responsibility to our clients and ourselves to try to sell the house. Why???? Are we not out here to sell the property and make some money. With pictures like this we may never eat again.

We as agents can not possibly be that shallow that we think we are going to sell this on our say so. Have we not been in the market long enough to know that the buyers know more about the house than we do by the time they are ready to see it. Buyers are tough. Why would we put pictures like this on the MLS?
