SunCal and NVR worked together to design floor plans that would bring the vision of Coastal Living to the shores of the Potomac River here to Prince William County. 

Golfers and boaters are flocking to the community for The Jack Nicklaus Golf Course and Club  which are already open as well as the future 450 slip marina that will be built in the future.
