What's Wrong With This Photo?

That is heavy duty Nick. People complain about people in Chicago and a few inches of snow on the roof blowing around and obstruction of the view of vehicles behind them but this is going to far. I wonder how much that ticket was?

GEEZ..it would have melted a mile or so down the road. No paitence or common sense.

Either stupid or lazy.  I know the cops can't give out tickets for either, because if they did, most places would have excess funds in their state budgets.

Luckily, the cop was able to pull these winners over and still cite them.

I'd love to have seen the rear windows as well, though it seems there was no snow on the side windows.

Good Morning Nick: Speaking about "obstruction." . This driver sure did have an obstructed vision.

Hi Nick, I couldn't help myself but the thought of "one-eyed bandit" came to my mind.  He didn't even turn on the windshield wiper to see if that would get rid of the snow. 

You have to love people on the way they drive and not being able to see out

It's a huge problem up here in Toronto and it shouldn't be.

Some drivers will clean the snow from their windows but leave one or two feet of snow on their roof. Not good on the highway when that stuff goes flying off.

Hi Nick, We haven't seen a flake this winter, but I'd laugh if I saw this too when we do get snow.  Thanks for sharing, pretty funny.

Here in Pennsylvania, we see this on occassion.  Thankfully, not too often.  I can't believe they don't realize this is an accident waiting to happen.

The motorist is parked legally in a parking space.  The police car is parked illegally near the parking lot entrance. 

Tht is amazing, and stupid, the time they saved, they just spent getting a ticket.

This brought back memories of my growing up in Michigan for sure! I haven't seen that in a long time. 

No reason for the police car to park illegally. 

Nick, so do they have remedial Drivers' Ed down in Huntsville?  This guy could use it.
