WHY REAL ESTATE AGENTS NEED AN EFFECTIVE SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY

Though, real estate business is a person to person meeting, connecting and getting understanding of the client’s demands an your offers. With the enlargement of the technology this offline business also requires to be online. Social media provides a way to further connect with your local clients and groups. Social can build trust, and spread your marketing through friends of friends.

This article will tell you more that how and why social media platform is necessary for the real estate business.

IMPORTANCE OF SOCIAL MEDIA FOR REAL ESTATE BUSINESS:

Inbound Social Engagement

According to a report industries receive the most engagement from customers on social media. According to the data, the real estate industry is second overall in terms of inbound engagement relative to audience size.

Social Response Rates

Now that we know people want to engage with realtors on social, the real estate holders should take advantage of this. This engagement of both together will make a good business place and revenue generation for the country.

FACEBOOK:

Facebook has become a widely used social media platform, where people connect with friends, family and friends of friends. It is also a place to highlight issues, make celebrations and sharing almost everything. For a real estate business facebook can serve as a online business platform to reach you for the people who search online.

Set up your real estate business account on facebook but not at all with your personal name, it should hold the name of your business to create the identity also it does looks professional.

·        Post and Share:

With your online account on facebook, start posting about the business opportunities and offers.

It’s better to upload the deals along with photos, as it will give the client more info and also looks eye catching and professional.

·        Contests and Questions Answer Session:

To engage your online clients on your page, use the facebook contest app and ask different questions related to the real estate business. It will help you to know about the demands and requirements of the people and expand the business more.

TWITTER:

Like facebook, twitter is another social media forum where people do online meetings and sharing. To enlarge and flourish the real estate business twitter could be helpful in the following ways:

·        Tweet Tips: Help out your clients (and yourself), by teaching them how to stage their home for better sales. Post links to good articles and videos on how to present a residence when you’re selling it. And teach about how to pack and make a move less stressful.

·        Display your offers: On twitter, tell people about the new deals and sales offer you have. Let them know that how you offers are beneficial for them and what new sales offers you hold.

·        Tweet news: If there is any new building, house or restaurant is building in your area let other people know about this. This will attract people towards you.

·        Use Hash tags. On Twitter, using hash tags gets your Tweets seen by more than your Followers. Use relevant and specific #’s to get found by those looking for your subject matter.
