The median list price in the real estate market for Sugar Land TX is currently $400,955. The price has relatively stayed the same since January. Which means the prices of homes are staying steady currently in Sugar Land TX. So if you're looking for a home, now might be the time to buy. With 436 properties on the real estate market, you shouldn't have a problem finding a home for sale in Sugar Land TX. Sugar Land TX is a great area and a very family-oriented community in TX. Sugar Land TX is a wonderful area to raise a family with one of the greatest school systems in TX according to their city website. What makes Sugar Land TX so great? It's family oriented, close to the city and always has something going on. There's Town Center, that always has things going on for both adults and children. There's always something going on and a great place to bring your family to.  

In the last month, 59 properties were sold in Sugar Land TX. There are currently 90 properties that are option pending. As of this week, 25% of properties have had a price reduction. Which is another reason on why it could be a great time to buy. As of right now, it is both a Seller's and Buyer's Market Advantage. If you're thinking about buying or selling a home in the Sugar Land TX area, it might be your time to shine.

There are the same number of properties in each price quarter; 109. This really does show that the amount of properties in the market are decreasing dramatically. The homes that are in the First/Top Quarter have the most days on the market, which is not abnormal. The homes that are in the Upper/Second Quarter have the least days on the market. Their average price is $477,000.  

Right now, our average for properties to stay on the market is 82 days. And compared to last week, this has gone down. Also, the age of the listing homes has been averaged to 15 years. Which means you are looking at fairly new homes in the market right now. This doesn't mean that most homes are 15 years old, it means relatively the homes on the market are close to 15 years old. 

The highest listing price listed is $12,800,000. Which is very different compared to the homes for sale in Stafford TX! And the least expensive home is $83,000.
