The type of properties that I write about are condos and not apartments. There is no on-site sales office or someone that can show you properties right when you call. In some parts of the country, some very larger condo developments have their own on-site real estate office. That is not the way it is done in the Danbury,CT area for townhomes and condos.
Almost all the time, the units are occupied so the owners do need notice in order to straighten up there house. I am a licensed real estate professional, and I require time to set up an appointments. I don’t just handle one complex, I am able to service your real estate needs throughout the Greater Danbury,CT region.
Condos and townhomes are not apartment complexes. Apartment complexes are large building which are owned by corporations. Each individual unit is rented out and always rented out. The corporation g hires someone to lease their units when vacancies occur, has their own maintenance crew and is responsible for the interior of the unit . The apartment corporation owns the full land and can do whatever this wish at their own discresion, and sets their own rules. Condos and townhomes are individually owned. An overwhelming majority are owner-occupied. There is a homeowners association that owners belong do which dues are payable monthly and funds are used for exterior repairs, landscaping, amenities, management and budgeting for future expenses. You have a share in the common land. The condo association has a board and meetings that you can go to and vote on things like budgets and changes to by-laws.
