Yes We "CAN" - Home Staging in Vancouver

By
Home Stager with Reveal Estate Home Staging - Vancouver

If you are preparing to sell your property, be sure to create a look buyers desire. Dated fixtures can be a deal breaker, especially in the bathroom. It pays to spend money when preparing the "can" for sale.

Potential buyers will pay a premium for a bathroom that is fresh, clean and rejuvenated.

Consider this bathroom recently staged by Reveal Estate.

Although clean, the homeowner new that this room was dated and called on us for help. We selected a new paint color, sourced new tiles and fixtures, and provided a company to resurface the tub.

If it wasn't for the cabinet above the vanity and the window, you would never know this is the same room.

Have a look...

Jackson-

The new sink & vanity repeats the curves of that mirrored cabinet, as does your white vase in the window. Very pleasing to the eye. Nice room now! Thanks for the photos.

Usually the befores of bathrooms don't have quite so much "personality" as this one did! I can only imagine what the rest of the house looked like! Now, it just looks clean and restful! What more could you want in the "can"? Spectacular job, Jackson, as usual!!!

Heather, I like to think of us as thrifty ;) As you know it takes some talent to source budget conscious, yet attractive inventory.

Amy, Thank you, it's comments like yours that encourage me to keep blogging.

Kathy, Since the cabinet was the only fixture we didn't change, it was my "jumping off" point. I selected silver framed art to play off of the chrome fixtures and the silver ring around the mirror. The paper holder was also strategically placed to flow with the lines of the cabinet doors. Some call it OCD, I call it attention to detail. Thank you for your nice comments.

Elaine, The kitchen was revamped as well...rooster free of course!

Fantastic transformation. I wouldn't have wanted to wash my dog in the old bathroom. The new version is fresh and sparkling with cleanliness and style.

Those are great photos!  Heather was right on the nose with her comment---your a "minimalist who packs a punch."   That should become the new tag line for the staging industry!!  It differentiates between staging and decorating!  LOL    Anyway,it shows in all your photo's that your great at what you do, thanks for sharing with us all!

Cathy, "reveal ultimate appeal" I like... no... love that! It's catchy and fits perfectly with my company name. I may have to use that in my next consultation.

Diane, "practice makes perfect" although I am far from perfect! Thank you for the nice compliment.

Kathy, it's amazing what some paint, and new fixtures can do to freshen up the 'loo".

Julie, thanks for stopping in and your kind words. It's true...less is more!

Kym - the homeowner loved it and described it as "fresh" as well.

Dawna - thanks for the compliment! You must miss Vancouver.

Maureen - thanks so much for your help with my blog revamp. It only took me about 20 revisions to get it to look like this.

Joelle - your comment is so funny! We have to slip down across the border and check out the home decor shops soon.

Melissa - coming from you that is a big compliment. I have been in awe of you since joining AR.

Kathleen - Thanks for the great feedback. It's fun seeing how people are personalizing their blogs with th new feature.

Kristi - The window sill is very narrow. I brought 3 different white vases for that spot. Fortunately one of them just fit!
