Huntley home sales for the month of February rose in volume by 88.9% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 24.5% from $164,500 to $204,750. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 86.7%, while the median sale price rose by 20.7% from $178,500 to $215,500. Condo/townhome sales rose by 100%, while the median sale price rose by 7.6% from $123,000 to $132,350.
