Joliet home sales for the month of February rose in volume by 4.6% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 19.1% from $95,000 to $76,900. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 11.1%, while the median sale price decreased by 21% from $97,550 to $77,100. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 26.7%, while the median sale price decreased by 19.4% from $90,000 to $72,500.
