Building a Custom Bluestone Home - Part 4

Real Estate Broker/Owner with RE/MAX Corridor 511523

It's been too long since our last update! Building our Bluestone Home continues and much has been done and these photos are from 3 weeks ago. All framing, electrical, rough plumbing, and mechanicals are complete. Looking to start drywall this week and have roof shingles by Monday. The wet weather has delayed a lot, but we won't complain about rain around here!

Here is a view of the outdoor living paorch with tongue and groove ceiling. A recessed TV portal is in the fireplace frame, with dedicated electric and cable outlet.

Looking at the living room windows from the porch. Lots of natural light here!

We'll be getting some more photos now that the weather is cooperating and progress is being worked. Very exciting and proud to have this home in our inventory. But, we are actively looking for a lucky buyer that will be able to call this home soon!
