I hope people take advantage of the offer and attend the class and continue to do what they learn.

Loss of mobility is a huge issue and can negatively impact a person's quality of life and their ability to perform what for most of us, are the simplest of tasks.

Stretching and exercise can help retain one's mobility.  They are worthwhile activities and much better than doctor visits and meds.

Most senior centers have so much going on that you can't do it all.

This should be a great class, Ron.  And, something that most people can do in their homes is great.

Well, this should be interesting, especially for people who don't  want to get out of the house during the winter.....they might want to have scheduled this for last fall or this coming fall.
