It has been said that San Diego Ca doesn't offer a season change.  That is really not true! Each season brings it's own special beauty and springtime is no exception. The flowers blooming alone can be breathtaking.  A visit to The Flower Fields in Carlsbad Ca beginning March 1 and ending May 15 are definitely worth visiting. Walking through acres of beautiful flowers is a great way to mark Easter and spring.

No spring break is complete without a visit to the beach, and San Diego beaches are some of the best. The climate is one of the most desireable in the country and a walk on the toasty warm sand, a swim in the cool water and the feel of balmy wind on your skin will be a clear indication that spring has arrived.

San Diego Ca offers a variety of different terrains: beaches, mountains and canyons. A visit to the Cabrillio National Monument, Mount Soledad or Mount Helix on a chrystal clear, sunny springtime day in San Diego will give you an unforgettable panoramic view of this great city.  If attending an Easter sunrise service interests you, Mount Soledad and Mount Helix are two of the most popular spots.

Of course, the San Diego Zoo is a favorite any time of the year, but springtime is unique. Spring is the time when many animals give birth, so a visit to the zoo during this special time may give you the chance to see all the sweet new life in the animal kingdom.

Balboa Park is a San Diego Ca icon.  This year celebrates the park's Centennial milestone. Opening in late April will be the San Diego Model Railroad Museum's 2015 Centennial Railroad Garden in Balboa Park. This will be an open air model railroad that features a minature recreation of Balboa Park as it appeared in 1915.  It will showcase new technology and visitors will be able to interact with the layout using a smartphone or tablet.

On April 25 and 26 Mission Federal Art Walk will celebrate it's 31st annual event in the streets of Little Italy. It features over 300 artists that fill the neighborhood streets with art, craftmanship and beautiful wares.

If you are looking for an Easter Egg Hunt, San Diego offers plenty of options.  You might even want to combine a hunt and a brunch at the beautiful Hotel Del Coronado. Not only will you be able to enjoy the great food but there will a special visit from the Easter Bunny.

Sprintime is glorious in San Diego Ca.  Experiencing spring break and Easter in this spectacular city will bring lots of great memories.
