Cranford, NJ Program Helps Seniors Stay In Their Homes

One of the things that I love about living in Cranford, NJ is how much our community cares and gives back.

The Township of Cranford has developed the Handyman Program to assist our senior citizens with minor household repairs at no cost to them (other than materials necessary for any repairs).

Handymen will provide services such as installing window air conditioners, checking smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, turning on outside faucets, etc.Handyman cartoon

For questions about the program, please call the Senior Citizen Program Coordinator at 908-709-7283.

Please visit the Cranford Community Center (220 Walnut Ave., Cranford, NJ 07016) for an application and to see a list of services.
