Run Or Walk The Scenic 5k

Come run one of the most scenic 5k's in San Diego. The La Jolla Shores 5K is a hilly, point-to-point course that begins on La Jolla Shores Drive near the Scripps Pier and runs through La Jolla Shores and along North Torrey Pines Road, Prospect Avenue and Coast Boulevard before finishing at the La Jolla Cove. To ensure the best possible participant experience, the race field is limited to 1,000. If the race is not sold out, registration will be available at the packet pick up events ($50 fee) at the start of the race line. The course will close to 5K runners and walkers one hour after race start (20-minute-mile pace). 

The course will be clearly marked with traffic cones and course guides and except when otherwise directed, run as close to the right hand curb as possible. Advanced packet pick up locations and dates are as follows-
