Christine,  I was so thrilled when this popped up on the MLS a week ago so I called and got our buyer over there right away as I knew she really wanted to be in the condos at Renaissance Place in Downtown Lafayette right on the Wabash River.

Michael, thank you very much!  Over half of the Renaissance Place Condos overlook the Wabash River and have views of the Purdue University skyline in the winter.  They range in price from $180,000 to almost $600,000 for the larger top floor suites!
