The experiment worked!   My last post was about our almost a month away! 

We spent a month at the coast of Oregon riding on the sand dunes fishing and exploring.  Every morning we would do our business work, my husband is a semi-retired farm equipment salesman and I am a partner in a small real estate agency. 

My team member Jake Beck did an excellent job.

This experiment it let me know that we could do this!!  It can work.

I think we lost one transaction partially becasue I wasn't there.  That's normal - I was taught years ago to expect that when you are gone and factor it in. 

What I am working on  now is the balance financially and timeswise of doing less, but still producing and keeping my hand in. 

I think it's dumb to ever let your real estate license go completely. 

But I know I wont want the hassles of ownership indefinately.
