Butterfly Jungle

The Annual Springtime Celebration has begun at Safari Park.

Inside the rain forest greenhouse at Safari Park, thousands of butterflies await your visit to show you not only their individual colors and wing designs but also their sheer beauty.

Preparation for this event started months ago when thousands of pupae ( larva > pupae>butterfly) were imported from butterfly farms in Central and South America.

Pound for pound, these butterflies represent some of the most beautiful creatures to inhabit our earth.

I hope you will come to visit San Diego Safari Park and take in this special Spring Celebration of Butterfly Jungle. I have and I know you will enjoy it too!
