The California Association of Realtors has released new data regarding the challenges that home buyers seeking a mortgage are facing. These challenges not only affect first time buyers as one might expect but also those who have gone through the process before.
Of those surveyed 54% reported that they did not fully understand all the loan options available to them and that their loan agent was not clear in explaining the mortgage process. For the full list of all the problems facing mortgage seekers check out the infographic below.
