Idyllwilde is a neighborhood in Parker located East of Parker Road off Hilltop & Canterberry. Idyllwilde residents are conveniently located ten-fifteen minutes Southeast of the Denver Tech Center, and have the convenience of the light rail off Lincoln & I-25 or Parker Road & I-225 into Denver. It is only 24 miles from Parker to downtown Denver. Idyllwilde homeowners have grocery shopping, retail and entertainment all within a short commute into Parker. Residents love living in Idyllwilde with a golf course, many pocket parks and with this location, some homes have mountain views. There are 249 homes in this neighborhood with many new homes being built by Village, Toll Brothers and Richmond Homes.
