What Contact Management System do YOU use?

I've been investigating some alternatives to Top Producer, which now runs close to $500 per year ($479).
Freshdesk costs around the same amount, unless you want the Forest plan with all the bells and whistles.

IXACT Contact is $60 less per year and claims to do more.

ZenDesk has several service and pricing levels, from $1 per month per agent to $195 per month, per agent.

REThink has two platforms, one for Residential Real Estate and another for Commercial Real Estate.  The Premium Residential is close to a thousand dollar per year ($948), while their Basic Residential runs $588 per year.

Podio has several pricing tiers from Free to $24 per month.

AgentOffice costs $395 to buy the program.  No yearly cost and if you wish to purchase the upgrades, those cost $245.

Realty Juggler is only $99 per year and seems to have a lot of great features:

Import contacts and appointments from any other organizer including Top Producer (6i, 7, 8), ACT!, Agent Office (Online Agent) and Microsoft Outlook.

Calculate and track commissions and expenses

Import leads from lead services such as ByOwnerDaily, Landvoice, FSBO Leader, RealtyTrac, and others. Perfect for prospecting FSBO's, Expireds, and Foreclosed properties.

Feed leads from multiple web sites into RealtyJuggler. Requires no HTML coding. Works with any web site that has a Contact-Me form, even IDX portals.

Mail merge emails or print Real Estate Letters using our extensive library of over 500 letters (available in English and Spanish), or use your own custom templates. Drip Letter Packages.

Mirela- glad to see you posting again!  I don't use a Contact Manager, but I do know that many here are always looking for the best one!

Mirela, I use Top Producer and it is much improved but still rather clunky. I like the Facebook interface and the fact that it synchs so well with the MLS and Realtor.com leads, but they seriously need to overhaul their emails and letters and marketing. Also it synchs with my Outlook so new contacts are uploaded. I wish they would collaberate with some top producers and tweak it so it is more intuitive. We had Wise Agent but I like Top Producer better, even though I'm not using it to its full extent.

P S Gary David Hall has a comparison list of almost all the CRMs and I spoke with him before ordering TP. He would be a great resource. Just google his name.

Mirela Monte - interesting comparison of RealtyJuggler and TopProducer. Heard lots of good things about the prior and at just $99/year, worth considering.

Others are relatively smaller players in this game - except Market leader!

Fairly steep prices unless you are going to get extremely serous about marketing to your soi, most do not utilize these programs and thus are wasting money by owning them.

Personally I just use outlook, much simpler, and much less expensive though I do often look with a tinge of envy at the attributes of Top Producers and others in that area.

Thx for the comparison.  This is on my to do list.  I may give this a try, esp if only $99/yr.  My methods are currently working pretty well, though.

I used ACT! for many years and if I were still on a Windows platform I'd still be using it.  I couldn't find a good program for Mac, alas, so I have made do with FileMaker. Not ideal but it does what I need it to do and no monthly fees.

Good service at  Top Producer plus it is grand central station for all leads from every vendor. Excellent iPad platform.

Thank you for sharing these tools.  I've never felt the need to spend extra $$ on these types of programs because I have good systems and follow-up in place. So I'll take a look at Realty Juggler
