It's not uncommon to see neighborhood kids playing the streets of this quaint little oasis in the suburbs. It's far enough from the main hustle and bustle of the city that residents don't feel like the urban center of Austin is knocking on their door. However it's close enough to shopping and family entertainment to never feel like you're far from fun!

The homes you would expect to find for sale in the Ranch at Brushy Creek Neighborhood are generally going to range between 2000 and 6000 square feet. Most of the homes were originally built by Drees, Highland Homes, Meritage, Newmark, Grand Haven, Scott Felder, Buffington and Standard Pacific homes since 2005. If new construction is a must, there are still plenty of options being offered. The smallest homes in the neighborhood start with 3 bedrooms while the larger floor plans have a five or six bedroom layout with some models putting the master bedroom on the main floor. Most of the lots range between 1/4 acre and a 1/2 acre so there is plenty of room for people to get out and enjoy the beautiful Central Texas weather.
