That change in AR has made me a little nutso too.  Exciting that you are going to be doing marketing for your brokerage.

Well, you have to do what you have to do...Stay in touch...no need to totally disappear.  Good idea to hold onto the license...You never know what can happen.

Suzanne - I wish you the best no matter the direction or path you take.  I'm glad you are keeping your license.  Several years ago, Sacramento endured a relentless real estate recession.  I reluctantly decided to take a temporary job at a software development company.  The job was to last a mere 3 months. However, I ended up working there for 8 1/2 years.  During that time, I sold a lot of real estate to my co-workers, who were computer programers and designers.  Those were really fun times.  We'd go out during lunch hour and after work to look at houses.  I had found my new "niche" marketplace!

Good Luck to you with your next adventure. It is a tough business to maintain at a high level

Many of us at KW have discovered the huge benefits of marketing for others.  Many of our agents now have multiple areas of expansion and this allows for market variences to not effect our income streams so dramatically.

Good luck with your new job. I work a full time gig and do real estate part time. Its hard to put food on the table in RE especially when there are 6 K realtors in Katy alone.. I found Ron back in the rain today.
