Manor Creek is one of my favorite DR Horton neighborhood in New Braunfels. It is a gated community located just out Highway 46 West in the Texas Hill Country. The home sites feel very spacious at roughly a 1/3 acre each and 3 car side entry garages add a custom feel to the neighborhood. Manor Creek sits in the boundaries of the New Braunfels ISD. The neighborhood amenities include a neighborhood swimming pool and playscape.
