Black Knight's First Look report for February states that in February 2014 the per cent of mortgage loans delinquent decreased 3.7% compared to January 2015, decreased 10% year-over-year.
Loans in the foreclosure process were down 2% in February and around 29% year-over-year.
In contrast the Gold Homes Team has 3 Wells Fargo foreclosures in our current inventory and were just assigned a 4th one on March 20. We speculate that our success in bringing several challenging REO sales to a successful conclusion recently may account for the bank's decision to allocate us another one.
