Croton-on-Hudson Seeing An Increase In Home Sales

There were 12 unit sales in February. This is up 300.0% from 3 in February of 2014. This is the highest unit sales have been since 14 in August, 2014. Sales/list price ratio in February moved down to 96.3% from 97.7% in January. 

Median price in February was $535,000. This is up 12.6% from $475,000 in February of 2014. 3-month median price of $500,000 in February was very slightly up from $490,000 in January and up modestly from $450,000 in February of 2014. Price per square foot in February was $247. This is up from $228 in January but down from $300 in February of 2014. 

Inventory of 40 in February was up 11.1% from 36 in January but down 7.0% from 43 in February of 2014. New listings of 13 in February were up slightly from 11 in January and up considerably from 9 in February of 2014. Months of supply this month is 4.5, the same as last month. 

Days on market of 119 in February was up considerably from 80 in January but down moderately from 150 in February of 2014. This is the highest days on market has been since April, 2014.
