Nobody Ever Said Anything

 

 

There were many interior inspections over the years and people have even glanced out at the back patio area. I don't think that anyone ever went outside, they probably would have tripped over the concrete that has heaved up over 4 inches right in front of the door.

The tree roots are causing some other problems around the building but not inside the unit. Since no one mentioned the concrete problem, it did not get noticed.

Interesting but there also seems to be other damage at the wall.  So tell us what are the owners going to do about the tree and the problems it is causing
