The market is hot, hot, hot! Horse property in Oregon is flying off the shelves right now, inventory is very low.  This is great news for sellers, but many buyers are left scrambling to find a home.

We just got an accepted offer on this clean, small acreage property with a horse barn in Salem this week.

Would love for a fast market... our inventory is not low but seems to be indicating a shift in that direction with sales picking up  in my area.

Your specialty seems adventurous and I bet you are very good at your niche--your website is great !

Great job on another accepted offer.  We had the same run last year and right now inventory is ridiculously low.  Did a search for single family over 3 acres under $175,000 today and the whole county had only 15.  That is scary.  Mark
