Delray Beach- My Favorite  Way to Begin the Day.

This has been a week full of basketball, brackets collapsing and our wonderful beach.

Our ducks along the beach are back (they’ve been back for a few weeks) and I for the life of me have no idea where they’ve been!  

I love to watch the look on the faces of people when they see ducks at the beach for the first time.

These are just a few of the toys left behind this week.  I wonder if they are missed….. were they left behind because they no longer fit into a child’s plan of play…. or perhaps they were left behind for another child to enjoy.  They look so sad sitting in the sand.. all alone.

The allure of the beach is never forgotten once a person stands on one.  I read an interesting article once on a couple that collect all the toys and trash that washes up on a beach and do some very expensive art pieces using them elaborately.  Mark

Alexandra- glad that you got to enjoy your beach.  Don't you find the ocean air refreshing!!

Rob- I'd love to see the photos you'd take of the beach. 

Ginny- you and Janis will have to plan another trip here next year. 

Mark Don- I have my collection of shells and a few little action figures that were left behind.  I would love to see the artwork of the couple that collects the trash and toys. 

Roy- I still can't believe that some of you are having snow now.

Kathy, Those toys are probably not missed. We we let people use our condo at the beach they leaves toys and floats and boogie boards thinking someone else can use them. I think there must not be room in the car going home.
