This time of year, it is difficult to convince Buyers that a little bit of landscaping would make such a difference.   I have this property listed for sale at which the landscaping can't be completed (or started, LOL) until the mountains of snow and ice have disappeared and warm weather is upon us once again.

My Seller asked would it help if he painted what he was going to do come spring?
