The economy is improving but unfortunately not everyone is doing better. I just finished a short sale for my clients who were going through one heck of a time. Both unemployed for over a year, they were depleting their savings in an effort to stay current on their mortgage…they wanted to keep making their payments and sell their house. Nationstar was their lender and they actually processed the short sale very quickly.
