Homes that sold in "The Gardens" between September 2014 and March 2015 varied in age, size and price. For example, one Buyer purchased a 5 bed/3 full + 2 half bath home on Highland Ave that was built in 1860 for $1,425,000 after 41 days on the market. That was $10,000 over the list price.
