Thank you for not giving up!

Real estate can be a real downer, not just for buyers and sellers but for agents too!

Believe me when I tell you that your agent is just as invested in the success of your transaction as you are.  (If they are not, it might be time to find a new agent!)

From extended listing times to delayed closings and everything in between that can seem to throw your transaction into a tailspin, please understand that it does matter to me.

As your agent, I work every day "behind the scenes" when you aren't looking and are unaware of any brewing problems to make sure, to the best of my ability, that you are happy and untroubled.Remover of Obstacles

I'll be right by your side to talk you off the ledge and try to encourage you not to give up.

Yes, aggravating and seemingly non-sensical things will happen, but together we will get through it.

Rules change, markets change, contracts change, appraisal & mortgage guidelines change.

My job to is keep track of these changes to best serve my clients, head off any problems when I can and help clients navigate the process when I can't cancel out the problem and make it go away.

Thank you to all of the clients who have hung in there when things got rough.

Thank you for trusting my advice.

Thank you for believing in me!

Jenna, So much behind the scenes filtering.  Making sure inflammatory statements and actions are tunred into something more palatable so the big picture doesn't get caught up in an ego war.

And so nice when the advice we provide is appreciated.   I won't say offer more because I want a bigger check, I'll advise offer more because I KNOW what the market trends support and that's what it's going to take to get the keys in (or out) of your hands.

Liz & Bill, filtering is a nice way to put it.  And protecting our clients from their own knee-jerk reactions to adverse situations...We do all we can to make it to the finish line for our clients.

Jenna, Spot on here.  We are invested in a successful transaction. So many things happen that we have no control over. There are things that we cannot cancel out and make the problem go away. We navigate the process with the clients.

Hello Jenna,  If people only would know what goes on behind the scene for every deal.  The main think is we work our tails off.

Kathleen Daniels it's so true, most things that go on within the transaction are outside of our control, we just get to be the bearer of bad news and the solver of problems.  It can be a very stressful and satisfying experience.

Will Hamm working our tails off, we don't get a lot of credit for that.

William Feela me too!  I've been working with a HUD transaction for 4 months.  My buyer has "quit" so many times and I just keep pushing it forward while he calms down and changes his mind.
