I just thought I would let everyone know that military referrals are great! Most military are only here for about 3 or 4 years. If you do a good job for them when they buy a home, when they get ready to sell, they will call you! I live and work near a Naval Base in Tennessee (Yes Tennessee has a Navy base that is no where near an ocean!). I loved your profile. I may be one of the few people on active rain who knows the Blytheville/Gosnell area. Both my parents and most of my relatives are from that area so I spent many of my childhood summers there. Some of my relatives farmed near the air base...I still remember all those B52 bombers. A Naval base in TN???? who would have thought it.

I grew up in Gosnell most of my childhood. My family is still there. Matter of fact, my Uncle is the Mayor in Gosnell. He was the 1st one in our family to become a Realtor. He owned his own company there. Isn't it a small world!
