Whatever you are thinking, you are probably right, and both need changed often and for the same reason. Actually that is a quote by Mark Twain. Say what you like but I think he was on to something. Well this mornings post is actually not about politics nor is it about diapers , both probably being good topics though.
Interesting Blog titles always get good attention here in the Rain and this might be one. Never certain however. This being Easter week and unlike our college students who get a Spring Break, our Spring Break in real estate consists of getting more listings and Buyer purchases. I am taking Easter Sunday off to take a drive and " get out of town" as they say. I haven't decided which direction I am traveling but likley it will be north about 100 miles to Laguna Beach. No, I am not planning on taking my camera. I've taken all the photos I want from there and not really interested in lugging the camera around. No, it is just a free day to enjoy not having to do anything.
I have a new Seller that created an unusual experience for me that I have never had in the 25 years I have been in business. It is a long story so I will save it for a blog post one day. I usually never write about client experiences so this may be a first. I mention it only because there may be a benefit for our AR members by me bringing it up.
I wrote a recent post about "how to prepare for a home inspection". It is supposed to be in two or three parts and I just haven't gotten around to Part II as yet. I will hopefully in the coming week. Patricia Kennedy wrote a very good post about her blogging efforts slowing down some while she concentrates on new business. It is one my favorites because it is exactly how I feel.
I think next year may be my last year in the Rain. I am toying with the idea that I might want to cut back on business and getting in some travel while I am still young enough to enjoy it. That would provide for a lot of photo taking of course and I might change my mind about posting " too many photos" already. We'll see.
I hope you all escaped April Fools Day without incident. This is the first year for me. Glad it is over. In some ways, I think April foolds day should be limited to those under the age of 16.
I think that's it for today. Have a great rest of the week and weekend and I will post again before Easter.
Sincerely,
