Last year a developer purchased the 16 acres around the corner. Last fall the peach trees were cut down and stumps removed and today the work has started.
As I haven't been to the town to see the final drawings to know where the detention pond or each of the 11 homes they plan to build it is either wait and see or take a drive.
Raymond that looks to be a nice flat piece of property to build those 11 homes on.
