Activity is picking up so why wait to sell your home?

I hear it all the time, "We want to wait until the market improves to sell."  I ask you why?  Warmer weather means more listings which means more competition for you.  The interest rates are still at historic lows and buyers know that now is the time to buy. 

NOW IS THE TIME TO SELL!  Who knows where the market is headed.  I don't know about you, but I don't have a crystal ball.  Are you willing to wait to see what happens or are you willing to take a chance.  I say, take a chance.
