Ben Kinney on His Success and Mentors - Real Estate on Sunday

Real Estate Sales Representative with Castles Unlimited®

Ben Kinney, a Real Estate professional from Bellingham, WA, talks to Jim and Diana about his Real Estate success and how he got there with his various Real Estate coaches. Ben talks about his life in poverty when he was younger and how he never thought he would build a million dollar business before.

He attributes his success to using goals as motivation to build his business to where it is today, and notes multiple Real Estate coaches who helped him along the way.

Ben mentions that he wrote a book with Jay Papasan titled Soci@l, about social media. You can find his book for free here:

Ben Kinney is super fine James Lowenstern .  I've tried a several coaches but was not satisfied with them.

Of all the people I have seen at seminars and learned from Ben is by far the best at what he does.  What makes him so special is that he doesn't ask for anything in return or try to shove things down your throat.  He is happy to share his success.  And most of all, unlike others, he is still an active realtor.
