That was the boring part. Now, let’s talk about the things that you want to hear - the good and the bad about the One and Nine Condos.

The Good:

The One & Nine Condos are new, generally well designed, and luxurious. The amenities are well nice and well kept. I, personally, like that there are not too many amenities because then you don’t have to pay a high HOA fee for things you don’t use. Secure, underground parking in the downtown area is hard to find and this community has a nice garage. One of the hard parts of condo living is not having enough storage space. The One & Nine Condos come with extra storage to help you overcome this problem.

The Bad:

Some communities are easier than others to pick on. One & Nine is not one of those communities - I had to really dig deep to come up with much criticism. With that being said, I don’t love the location. Although it is close to both Downtown and the U of U, it is not an easy walk to either one. Some people will love the location because it is right in between both places. Also, as is common with most of the Downtown SLC condos, parking for guests can sometimes be tricky. If you don’t often have multiple guests coming over at the same time, this may not bother you.

Who would like the One & Nine Condos in Salt Lake City?

Anyone who wants to be close to both the University of Utah and Downtown SLC is going to appreciate this location. If you want to be right onsite at either of those locations, you will probably want to find a community closer in.

Buying a condo is an excellent choice for professionals who have travel schedules or work schedules that make it difficult to keep up with exterior maintenance that they would otherwise have to do on a single family home.
